Another job in Hinckley is underway.

Foundations and drainage are all done as well as the footings and fully insulated concrete sub-floor.

We are now constructing the shell brickwork.

The job in Hinckley is coming along nicely, almost ready to be roofed in!

Fascias and soffits going on today, roofer there next week then we can start knocking through and building the stud walls.

This project in Hinckley is coming along nicely.

This week the Floor boards went down and work continued on the first floor brickwork and blockwork.

It’s been great having a dry week for a change 😎

We carried out works at for a developer to turn an end terrace into a HMO.

Works included:
– Rip out existing doors, skirtings, door linings, kitchen etc.
– Form new window opening to front
– Stripping plaster where required and damp proof ground floor
– Erecting stud work to create bedrooms
– Installing new floor joists for loft conversion
– Installing new stairs
– Construction of dormer room
– Installation of EPDM roof
– Installation of hardiplank cladding
– Fully insulating dormer

We had help on this one and it came from our brothers in building T&S Construction who came to give us a hand to move the project along. Also on the project were our friends at Anstiss Property Solutions who were working around us to carry out the electrical first fix.

This was a difficult project battling the elements but as usual the end result is a quality job.
